
Founded in 1954, the University of Sherbrooke is a French-language university located 150 km from Montreal, Université de Sherbrooke diploma. It offers nearly 400 programs at all three levels of study, welcoming over 41,000 students from 97 countries and territories.
The University of Sherbrooke is composed of eight faculties (law, school of management, education, engineering, arts and humanities, medicine and health sciences, sciences, physical activity sciences) and three university centres (skills research plus, studies of contemporary religion, training in environment and sustainable development).
It has three campuses, two of which are located in Sherbrooke, novelty Canada diploma. The main campus, situated at the foot of Mount John-S.-Bourque, houses the institution’s administration, services, and most of its faculties. All units related to the health sciences are located on a campus in the east end of the city. The third campus is located in Longueuil, one metro stop from Montreal.
The University also offers its medical program in Saguenay (Quebec) and Moncton (New Brunswick) through partnerships with the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi and the University of Moncton.
